Cameron Nelson from Indianapolis, Indiana, remembers his Reebok Pumps from back in the days (the above image from Charlie's Sneaker Pages, where you can read all about them...).

Your first sneakers?
The first one that I can really remember was the first pair of Reebok Pumps in '89--they were like $170 when the first came out! I was surprised that my mother got them for me!

Your top sneaker of all time?
The Air Max '95! It's just the best in overall style and comfort. It has so many colors, so there is something for everyone. It has to be the best looking shoe of all time. I have 10 pairs soon to be 13

Where do you shop for sneakers?
Even though I work at The Finish Line, I usually get my shoes from FootAction because they have the most exclusives in every shoe, especially Air Max '95's!!!

Camerron's top sneaker -- Air Max 95 (again)

Why are sneakers important?
Just for overall use--if you play sports, you have to have something to perform to your needs as an athlete, or if you're just a regular person, the sneakers you wear say a lot about you.

You best sneaker story?
The only story that I really have is the time that I searched theends of the world for the All white Air Max '95 w/blue bubble. I saw someone wear them, and I was tripped out! It took me about a month of web-surfing to try to locate the shoe, but now I have them and it is a worthy asset to my collection

How many
47 pairs of sneakers!

Sneaker you are most looking forward to?
The Air Jordan V Retro (Jan.5th), and the millenium blue Air Max '95 (mid-Jan, early Feb.)

How do you clean your sneaks?
Usually I clean them with soap and water; either that or the shoe cleaner that shoe stores sell. I never use any harsh abrasives or chemicals to clean shoes, cause in the long run, it will do nothing but damage and discolor the shoe.
